Here are a couple of great wedding venues/sites in the town:
•
Ordway Park - Also know as Ordway Field, this is a pretty little spot on the corners of Main and Depot in Hampstead. There are a few places for a small ceremony here, and it would be ideal for an elopement. The link above is where you can get a facility use agreement, although I think if you are eloping, you might not need one. Here are a few pictures...

Wedgewood Weddings Granite Rose - This is the "new" Granite Rose. And, I've got to admit, I was bummed when I learned the old one closed. I use to DJ in that venue back in the 90's, and had officiated many weddings there as a JP. I knew this would have to be an exceptional venue in order to match the memories I had of the first one. Well, it is, and it already has! The new owners have done a magnificent job with it, and I'd have to say it's one of the premier venues at which to have your wedding and reception in Southern New Hampshire. They have a few location options for an outside wedding, and a number of banquet rooms for your reception. The garden I'm most familiar with is a beautiful place for a ceremony, and the acoustics are outstanding, making it easy for guests to hear your ceremony even without the use of a microphone. As outstanding as the physical venue is, the service professionals are more so - friendliest, and most helpful bunch I've encountered in a while, and that alone makes it worth the price of admission! The Granite Rose is back, and you should definitely check it out. Some pics...
